Chef Sean Dailey is a culinary trained Chef of the famed Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. In addition to his extensive experience in Corporate and Wedding Catering, Chef Dailey has been a private chef for over 15 years. He has provided private chef services for such prestigious clientele such as the President/CEO of the Historical Society of Italy, celebrities Carly Simon and Don Johnson, and for several exclusive clients on a private yacht chartered out of the Bahamas. His expertise and culinary excellence have also brought him to the Boston area where he worked at Chez Henri in famed historical Cambridge Square and The Charles.
Chef Sean is proud to be a hands on member of Eat Your Heart Out Catering, which has been successfully executing corporate events and wedding for over 11 years now, with a team of over 70 employees in the prime season. He is a member of The Better Business Bureau, Falmouth Chamber of Commerce, and Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce. His company has received numerous awards, such as Bride’s and Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire and Gold for Best Caterer in Cape Cod Life Magazine. In the off season, Chef Dailey also helps with disaster relief with both FEMA and the Red Cross when natural disasters hit in the New England area.
